BIO

Bruno Venturim, a brazillian pianist and keyboard player with 4 original released albums, is a highlight in the national scene and a constant presence in the theaters and music festivals around the world. Born in São Paulo, he has performed in several cities in Brazil, Africa and Europe, along with great musicians such as Hermeto Pascoal, Guinga, Robertinho Silva, Toninho Horta, Felipe Lamoglia (Cuba) , as well as teaching music (as a teacher of jazz piano, band practice and accompanying pianist of FAMES Music College). As a musical producer, he has several works in the music market alongside artists such as: Nenê, Léa Freire, JP Ramos Barbosa, Ney Conceição, Thiago Espírito Santo, among others.

Bruno Venturim flirted with childhood music until he decided that this would be his profession, at the age of 15 in Venda Nova do Imigrante, where he lived and integrated dance bands in presentations throughout the state of the Espírito Santo. At that time he studied Harmony and Improvisation with Nelson Faria (RJ) and piano with Fabiano Araújo (ES), preparing for higher education while gaining experience playing live and teaching music for beginners.

At the age of 18 he moved back to his hometown to attend the Bachelor's Degree in Popular Music, which he completed in 2005 at FMCG. During this period, he studied Piano Jazz with André Marques (pianist from Hermeto Pascoal and Group) at the Conservatory of Tatuí, attended workshops and private lessons with teachers such as Almeida Prado, Lupa Santiago, Beatriz Rowan, Antônio Ribeiro, Enny Parejo, Daniel D'Alcântara, Fernando Correa, Lilliana Bollos, Celso Mojola, Ronaldo Palleze, Andre Mehmari, Celio Brant, among others.

He shared the stage with great musicians from the São Paulo scene: Marinho Andreotti (Zimbo Trio), Vinícius Barros (Symphonic Jazz Orchestra), César Roversi (Mente Clara), TuttiBaê,MartaHerr,FabioCadore,Cambé,RubinhoAntunes,MaestroAzevedo, Bruno Migotto, Sidmar Vieira, Josué dos Santos (Soundscape Big Band), Diego Garbin, Douglas Las Casas, Paulio Celé, Ximba Uchyama, in theaters and show houses like Bourbon Street, Grazie a Dio, Casa de Portugal, SESC, Bar Avenue, Bar Brahma, O'Malleys, among others. At that time he also taught jazz piano at Music Center (SP) and private classes.

Since 2019 he resides in Germany, where he develops and participates in musical projects related to Jazz and Brazilian Music. Alongside renowned artists of the local scene of Düsseldorf and Köln as Andrea Canta, Falk Grieffenhagen, André de Cayres, Ufo Walter, Juliana da Silva and Pablo Saéz, he has performed in important venues such as Jazz Keller (Frankfurt), Jazz Schmiede, Jazz in Pöötzke, Kali Jimbo, Kunst Palast, among others. Since 2020 he teaches music in English and German (piano, guitar, guitar, bass, drums and percussion) in schools in the Düsseldorf area such as: Allegro Musikschule, Musikschule Michael Kühnholz, Kovats Musikladen and Pinocchio Musikschule.

In 2020 during the pandemic, he created the online music school Bruno Venturim Academy, offering private lessons and courses through the Internet, including a project of free lessons through his Youtube channel. In this same period, he inaugurated his flagship course: Assinatura do Ventura. With a content focused on popular piano and harmony, with many gifts of related content such as: music production, arrangement, composition, music technology, copyright, etc.. Recently he acted as arranger and pianist in the music video "Andrea Canta Band", from the German singer Andrea canta, pianist in online recordings for several parts of the world and is preparing a new show with his trio, along with musicians André de Cayres (bass) and Pablo Saéz (drums).
